Service Forms | 2012
Service Forms need to be completed and returned by 27 January 2012. No order will be placed without payment, no late orders will be accepted during build-up.
Set up procedures with regards to services:
- Installation of Telkom lines, electrics and water supply in floor ducts
- Laying down carpets
- Set-up of shell scheme / old panels / chipboard
- Final installation of electrics
- Set-up by Exhibitors
- Final requirements e.g. plants, furniture etc
Late orders can disrupt the flow and timeous completion of Build-Up.
Remember once carpets are laid, ducts cannot be re-opened.
Service forms must be returned with the Advice of Remittance Form to ensure that all orders are processed.

Important Tips:
Word Document Format: These documents can be filled in using Microsoft Word and e-mailed straight back to us.
Unzipping files: The word documents are large, so to save download time we have zipped the files. Just download the file and double click on the .zip file, this will extract the forms to your desktop or other specified download destination. If you can't unzip the files you can download winzip here
Alternatively download the pdf files instead.
Pdf Format: Depending on your browser settings the following may happen:
- When these links are clicked, the pfd form will be shown on your screen via your internet browser (Internet Explorer / Firefox) once the file has completed, Go to File and then Save to desktop.
- Or it will promt you to save the files straight away. You can then view them with Adobe Reader (Get it here)
Printing: Please ensure that when you print the forms, make sure you select the "fit to page" option in your printing settings
